Any reservation requires an advance of 30% of the amount of your stay to be regulated by transfer or by Paypal.

In case d' cancellation of your stay, a compensation can be to you required:

- 21 days before l' arrival: 30% of the stay
- 14 days before l' arrival: 70% of the stay
- 07 days before l' arrival: 100% of the stay will be invoiced.

Nonthe presentation will imply a compensation of 100% of the stay.
